In order to accomplish this, our sales manager spends his entire time working with each individual sales rep in his respective territory. This enables him to assist all sales personnel in carrying out any specific requests that a manufacturer might have. Our “service team” assists our sales team in the implementation of its goals. This value-added sales and service activity allows us to represent our manufacturers with maximum efficiency and effectiveness -- adding dollars to the bottom lines of our manufacturing partners. Our 7000-square foot corporate office is fully-staffed and ready to take your call. Our professionally trained staff provides broad range of services to our customers, our manufacturers and our sales staff. We utilize some of the latest techniques in desktop publishing to assist in the design of sales materials for various customers. After each customer call, the reps have the ability to forward customer needs and requests to the office for handling. The two-person office support staff is frequently able to turn around the request before the sales rep has driven out of the customer's parking lot. As many of our manufacturers trim their work force, more of the routine maintenance of customers’ inventory files falls on our shoulders. Our staff has also been granted access to customers’ and manufacturers’ websites for the purpose of placing orders electronically as well as updating and maintaining inventory files. Each sales person is compensated in the same manner in which we are paid. We believe that commission is a motivation for success. This insures that each sales person is a self-starter and, in reality, a high quality professional.
